"Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful."

— 1 Corinthians 4:2

"As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him."

Psalm 103:13 (NKJV)

As we celebrate Great Fathers, Great Leaders, and Great Men this month, we proudly honor Anthony Cage, a father whose life reflects compassion, commitment, perseverance, and service.

The Psalmist writes, "As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him." This scripture reminds us that fatherhood is more than providing for a family. It is about loving, nurturing, protecting, guiding, and investing in the lives of others. It is a reflection of God's heart toward His children.

Anthony Cage has lived out that principle throughout his life.

As the father of five children and the grandfather of sixteen grandchildren, he has embraced the joy and responsibility of fatherhood across multiple generations. His influence has extended far beyond his immediate household. He remains actively involved in the lives of his children and grandchildren, offering wisdom, support, encouragement, and unconditional love. His joy as a father has multiplied through the generations, creating a lasting legacy that continues to impact his family today.

His love for family is matched only by his commitment to serving others.

Anthony has dedicated himself to helping individuals and families move from poverty to sustainability. He has worked tirelessly to encourage, mentor, and support those seeking a better future. His passion for helping others has opened doors of opportunity and hope for countless individuals striving to overcome barriers and improve their quality of life.

His compassion also extends to those impacted by incarceration. Through his work and service, he has consistently reached out to men and women who often feel forgotten, helping them recognize their value, rebuild their lives, and reconnect with purpose. He understands that every person deserves hope, encouragement, and the opportunity for a fresh start.

Yet perhaps one of the most remarkable aspects of Anthony's journey is his unwavering commitment to his family, community, and calling while courageously battling cancer.

Many people would understandably retreat from service while facing such a personal health challenge. Anthony, however, has continued to demonstrate resilience, strength, and faith. Even during difficult days, he has remained committed to the work assigned to him, continuing to serve others while trusting God through his own journey.

His life teaches us that true leadership is not measured by titles or recognition. It is measured by faithfulness. It is demonstrated through a willingness to keep showing up, keep loving, keep serving, and keep believing, even when faced with adversity.

Anthony Cage exemplifies what it means to be a compassionate father, a devoted grandfather, a faithful servant, and a committed community leader. His life reflects the heart of a father who understands that legacy is built one relationship, one act of kindness, and one life at a time.

Today, we celebrate Anthony Cage as a father whose compassion mirrors the love of God, whose commitment strengthens generations, and whose service continues to transform lives.

He is a great father, a great leader, and a great man whose legacy will continue to bless his family and community for years to come.
