HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS MONTH FROM DEVON MOODY-GRAHAM

A couple years ago, a documentary titled "89 Blocks" premiered on FOX about the lives of a few student athletes and the coaching staff of the 8-time State Championship East St. Louis Senior High School Flyers Football Team. This is my Alma Mater, the home of poverty, pain, record high teen pregnancy, homicide rate climbing daily, and but also to thousands of very successful people who have "made it out" but "return home" to help. Being from a such a infamous place is not a "badge of honor" it's a "badge of hope."

Some of you may be wondering what the significance of showing a picture from a trip Paris in October 2017. Of course, my makeup is flawless, my skirt is dainty, and the view of the Eiffel Tower is LIFE. I am prouder of this than the fashion. I had been trying to get to Paris since I was a teen in the French Club unable to raise enough money in 2000. So, 17 years later I went for fun and 2 years later I went for business, and it's been up since then.

So Happy International Women's Day from a girl from East St. Louis, IL who taking other women across the world to do business and helping them to dream bigger. Of course, I couldn't leave without a few tips to help anyone that wants to do business abroad with a service-based business.

Establish strategic partnerships: Collaborating with established businesses in the target country can help gain access to a new customer base and establish a local presence. Partnerships can take various forms, such as joint ventures, licensing agreements, or distribution agreements.

Create a digital presence: In today's digital age, it's crucial to have a strong online presence to expand your business globally. Creating a multilingual website, optimizing for search engines, and leveraging social media platforms can help attract new customers and build brand awareness.

Attend trade shows and conferences: Attending international trade shows and conferences can help businesses establish relationships with potential customers and partners, learn about the local market, and showcase their services. You can do these virtually as well, just get connected in your desired country.

Learn about the culture and people. Work on your language skills, cultural knowledge, and business expertise can help businesses establish a local presence, understand the local market, and provide better customer service.

Happy International Women's Day. Spin the globe and point your finger, book a flight. Stay tuned for an awesome Global Business Accelerator that I'm working on.
