Are You A Soul Winner? Are You An Ambassador of The Kingdom of God?

While many apostles, bishops, pastors and other religious leaders are fighting over imaginary territory that they don’t really have, denominational ecclesiastical jurisdictions, diocese and regions, the enemy has moved into our elementary, high school, colleges and universities to teach homosexual lifestyles as being normal, in effect stripping the innocence from our babies’ minds while further confusing the minds of students before they even get to learn how to think.

The vast majority of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, bishops and elders who are Biblically charged with equipping the saints to do the work of the ministry don’t even know what the work of the ministry really is, because they believe the work is to get people to submit to their authority, show up at church regularly, serve on any number of auxiliary groups and give the tithe and offering money faithfully.

The leaders in some groups are raking the cash in, as they spin their inspirational messages selling hope to each generation while keeping people under their control. While these leaders buy luxury cars, private jets and villas in the Caribbean and wear Rolex Watches as symbols of success in ministry and go on TV in programs like the Preachers of LA, Preachers of Detroit, Gospel Divas and almost anywhere they can go where their ego (Easing God Out) needs are appeased the people are continually robbed of the identity the New Birth gives to every true follower of Jesus and the responsibility that goes with having become Born Again. 

Revelation 3:17-18

17 ‘Because you say, “I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have need of nothing,” and you do not know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked, 18 I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness will not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see.”

There is an estimated 2 billion Christians, (mostly Catholic) and 800 million more people of every denomination (42,000 groups and counting) who profess Christianity, and yet 95% of them or more know little to nothing about the urgency, power or priority of the preaching, teaching and demonstrating of the Kingdom of God message Jesus came preaching and delegating to His disciples to preach. But we are somehow shocked at society’s slide into the abyss. But as prophesied these are as the days of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Jude 1:5-7

5 Now I desire to remind you, though you know all things once for all, that the Lord, after saving a people out of the land of Egypt, subsequently destroyed those who did not believe. 6 And angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode, He has kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day, 7 just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, since they in the same way as these indulged in gross immorality and went after strange flesh, are exhibited as an example in undergoing the punishment of eternal fire.…

Former U.S. president Jimmy Carter said that he believes that Jesus Christ would approve of same sex marriage. Many of us thought that Jimmy Carter was a devout Christian. Now we are learning that though one may seem to be devout, if they don’t know their Bible or believe the Bible they claim to know, then they are only devoutly deluded to believe heresy as truth and will totally disregard what God calls abomination and through their popularity deceive many people to believe erroneously the very things that God is against.

The Episcopal Church weeks before called a Synod and voted to approve same sex marriage ceremonies by its priests although individual priests are not under obligation to perform these services if they choose not to. This same denomination a few years earlier acknowledged an openly, practicing gay Bishop as being accepted to serve in the denomination in spite of their confession of sexual immorality.

Several years previously Bishop Carlton Pearson authored the book “The Gospel of Inclusion” which in effect says that all people are going to heaven because a loving God would not condemn anybody to hell, regardless of sexual orientation. And churches are emerging in Maryland, Georgia and other places around the country where openly gay male and female pastors are leading their faithful to believe that God loves them (which He does) and that He condones their relationships with loving and committed partners of the same gender (which God doesn’t condone).

And as we all know, President Barak Obama, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton and so many of the Democratic party, and a few of the Republican party and almost all of Hollywood actually celebrate same sex marriage as a civil right without even a hint of sexual immorality and debauchery…..and many of these people claim to be devout Christians like former president Jimmy Carter.

What does the Word of God say, both Old and New Testament, and therefore what are you to say, as an Ambassador of the Kingdom of God? Leviticus 18:22

22 ‘You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination.

Romans 1:27

In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.

1 Timothy 1:10

for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers–and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine

1 Corinthians 6:9-10

9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, 10 nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.…

1 Corinthians 5:11

But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people.

1 Corinthians 6:18

Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.
1 Corinthians 15:33

Do not be misled: “Bad company corrupts good character.”

1 Corinthians 15:50

I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.

2 Corinthians 12:21

I am afraid that when I come again my God will humble me before you, and I will be grieved over many who have sinned earlier and have not repented of the impurity, sexual sin and debauchery in which they have indulged.

Galatians 5:19

The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery;

Galatians 5:21

and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

Galatians 6:7

Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.

Ephesians 5:5

For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person–such a person is an idolater–has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

Colossians 3:5

Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.

1 Timothy 1:10

Hebrews 13:4

Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.

Don’t be deceived, my dear brothers and sisters.

1 John 3:7

Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. The one who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous.

Saints of God the next time you are at a pastor’s birthday and/or anniversary celebration, or at a denomination or non-denominational group’s convocation celebrating the history of that organization ask yourself, has any of the leaders really taught me how to do the work of the ministry? Do I really know what the work of the ministry is, or have I joined myself to what amounts to little more than a religious, fraternal or sorority organization or other group like the Masons or Kiwanis Club?

Ask yourself “do I really know what it means to serve in the ministry and word of reconciliation as an ambassador standing in Christ stead beseeching men and women that they would be reconciled to God”?

Ask yourself if you’ve somehow allowed the tribal mindset of group thinking to seduce you to believe you are being effective, when in effect all you’ve really been doing is marching time, waiting for Jesus to come back though you are not really ready for His return because there is no oil in your lamps. (Matthew 25:8) Ask yourself, what do I know about how to win souls personally, and touch people’s lives and rescue people from hell as you restore them back to the dominion Adam lost? Do I really know anything at all about the gifts of the Spirit or the power of God to use me to impact society? If I were asked to share my testimony and lead someone to Jesus am I really equipped to do it? And then ask yourself, what do I really know about the Kingdom of God, the message Jesus preached? Can I preach and teach the Kingdom just as Jesus commanded His disciples to do?

See if you read the back of the Bible you will find that the Church has locked Jesus out, and established for itself a self righteousness that falls far short of Jesus purpose for building His Church. Jesus is knocking at the door of the Church today.

Revelation 3:19-22

19 ‘Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent. 20’Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me. 21’He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne, 22 ‘He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.'”

This is not a verse for winning sinners to the Lord. This is a verse the Lord has given to tell us all that Jesus has been locked on the outside of your church, no matter how moving your praise and worship, no matter how thunderous your preaching, and even no matter how much you may think you are being used of God….Jesus could very well be locked out of your Church.

2 Timothy 2:12

if we endure, we will also reign with him. If we disown him, he will also disown us;

Revelation 2:26

To the one who is victorious and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations– Become actively involved in soul winning today. Become victorious in your personal life and make your life count. Represent the King and His Kingdom as you impact society with the truth of God’s Word and not the traditions of men who have not learned any more than what their denominations teach about the stories of Jesus and grace that absolves us of the responsibility of being obedient to the commandments of the King. Study the Kingdom of God first and foremost out of the mouth of Jesus as you discipline yourself as a child to seek the truth from the gospels. I promise you that you will discover truths you’ve never seen and your mind will become renewed and you will become free.

Mark 8:34

34 And He summoned the crowd with His disciples, and said to them, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me.

John 8:31-32

31 So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, “If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; 32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”

John 8:36

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Romans 6:18

You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.

Romans 6:22

But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life. The word “Free” means that you have been liberated from sin, and made to be “unrestricted, unrestrained and free to move about, living the life that only Jesus could give as you fulfill the assignment, the good works God predestined you to walk in from before the foundations of the world.

Luke 9:62b

“No one, after putting his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”

Friends, good is the enemy of right, and some leaders biggest success materially is their greatest failure spiritually. Unless you are truly being equipped to do the work of the ministry of reconciliation and are being trained to know and understand the Kingdom as an ambassador, you are not walking in the fullness of the divine destiny God has for you as a citizen of the Kingdom who is a son and daughter of the Most High God. Jesus is knocking at the door. Will you open up and let Him in?
